We are searching for a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. 

Your Role:

As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for the day to day administration and support of the Company’s compensation policies and programs.  You will also evaluate our compensation packages by analyzing employees’ experience and responsibilities, completing comparative analysis by region and industry, and by taking the company's financial performance into consideration. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Be responsible for supporting the executive compensation program including the maintenance of the electronic trading program
  • Create and grade new job descriptions; maintain job description database ensure proper job alignment and FLSA compliance
  • Support various compensation programs including salary planning, merit increases, short-term incentive plans, and long-term incentive plans
  • Provide recommendations on various pay actions (external offers, promotions, equities, bonus buyouts, etc.)
  • Complete salary survey submissions and equity studies

Ultimately, you will be responsible for supporting the executive compensation program including the maintenance of the electronic trading program as well as support various compensation programs including salary planning, merit increases, short-term incentive plans, and long-term incentive plans.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 3+ years of related progressive HR experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office with exceptionally strong Excel skills, including using pivot tables and array formulas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • PHR, SPHR, or CCP certification
  • Experiene with ADP
