We currently have an opportunity for a Machine Operator to work on our Castline Team located at our manufacturing plant in Appleton, WI.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY!! 

Pay: $20.58 / Hour

Your Role:

As a Machine Operator, you will work on the Castline and will be responsible for preparing machines for efficient use and thereby maintaining a safe environment. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
  • Fine tune all parameters of the production process
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality
  • Take the line from an idle stop to full production

In this role, you will be vitally important to the production process and therefore the company as a whole. We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work overtime as needed
  • Flexible schedule with the availability to work nights and weekends

Icing on the cake:

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and machine operations
