We currently have an opportunity for a Lift Truck Operator 3 Dispatcher at our manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, IL.

Pay: $26.25 / Hour

Primary job responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Must be able to work on computer (LES)
• Complete/maintain paperwork accurately/timely
• Primary contact with truck drivers at JDC. Face to Face representative of RCP
• Interaction with carriers on phone and e-mail
• Customer service oriented tasks
• Work closely with Team Lead and Management to meet operational targets
Secondary tasks
• Storing and retrieving product within racks in JDC
• Unload finished goods off shuttle trucks/outside carriers
• Pick orders for finished goods
• Load orders for outbound shipments
• Other duties as needed (housekeeping, consolidation, replenishment, inspections, etc.)

• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure successful completion of the job
• Must be a team player with demonstrated ability to work well with others
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations and to work overtime when needed

We need you to have:

• Forklift License
• LES Computer Knowledge
• Familiar with current plant work-process flow
• Completed Warehouse LTO1 Qualification form
• If you are not LTO1 qualified, you will need to become LTO1 qualified within 60 days of joining the Warehouse
• Must maintain professionalism at all times
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in order to communicate with all levels of RCP as well as with outside vendors/carriers

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 55 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 12 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus; particularly with a computer. The employee will be frequently type on a standard keyboard.
