We are searching for a Financial Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Financial Analyst, you will be able to cross-collaborate among the many groups within our organization, including sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain. You will have exposure to both core finance functions and ad-hoc requests. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace. 

You will have the opportunity to:

• Planning/forecasting and month end analysis & reporting.
• Trade and A&P analysis and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze customer product profitability.
• Track and report on key performance indicators.
• SG&A reporting and variance analysis.
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Ultimately, you will be a very important member of our Finance team and will make an impact on our company by helping us plan for the future and by advising management on how to allocate our resources. We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Icing on the cake:

• Consumer Packaged Goods experience.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• SAP experience.
• Familiarity with Hyperion Smart View.
