If you have the background, experience, and drive, we currently have an opportunity for Lift Truck Operator – Back up Lead (NIGHTS) at our manufacturing plant located in Concord, NC.

                                                       Pay: $22.63/Hour

Your Role:

As a Lift Truck Operator – Back up Lead Associate, you will be responsible for moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Focus on safety
  • Effectively perform all duties as outlined in the Operations Lift Truck Operator standard work.
  • Perform daily inspection of forklifts and other daily assignments.
  • Support SAP functions as related to inventory and load management (IE. Pick list, PGI).
  • Follow all Critical Safety Rules, Standards of Conduct, and plant and company practices, procedures, policies.

 We need you to have:

  • Ability to successfully obtain forklift operator certification. This includes medical assessment, classroom and hands-on training, completion of evaluation.
  • Prior forklift experience
  • Ability to perform stand-up and sit-down lifts, lifting up to 60lbs
