PAY:  $20.58/Hour up to $26 (After Training)

12-Hour Rotating Shift - Work only half the month!

(Seasonal Position: May-August 2024)

Your Role:

As a Manufacturing Production Machine Assistant, you will be responsible for filling customer orders, operating equipment to create finished goods, packaging products, and upholding our safety standards. You will have the opportunity to:

• Manage all aspects of product packaging for the assigned work cell.
• Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet the quality and packaging standards.
• Communicate any product quality concerns to the first available Supervisor or Manager within a timely manner.
• Communicate any packaging concerns to the first available Supervisor or Manager in a timely manner.
• Make spools, restock supplies, put finished rolls away, take out full skids, and assist with startups.

We need you to have:

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform highly repetitive or short cycle work.

• Demonstrated hands-on ability.
