If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Production Manager to join our team located at our facility in Bellwood, VA.

Your Role:

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing department to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing equipment and supporting functions. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Make safety your number one priority and ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety policies.
• Improve quality systems and eliminate quality issues.
• Train and coach our employees as well as have direct supervision over Production Shift Supervisors.
• Set department goals that will maximize safety and quality while also ensuring cost effectiveness.

Ultimately, you will develop systems and manage plant resources to meet manufacturing goals and exceed quality expectations thereby ensuring that our customers are satisfied, and our employees are safe. We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in a technical or business-related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or operations management experience.
• Prior team management experience.
