We are searching for a Human Resources Manager to join our team located at our headquarters in Weyauwega, WI.

Your Role:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of the HR and employee relations aspects of a manufacturing operation including coordination for all salaried and hourly employee training and development. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare job description, compensation surveys, and administer merit pay programs
  • Spearhead the new hire orientation and on-boarding program and conduct exit interviews
  • Support the development and implementation of HR projects
  • Coordinate the administration of benefit programs, payroll, and safety programs

Ultimately, you will identify and implement improvements to optimize use and drive performance objectives across the organization and will integrate business strategy and values into an aligned HR strategy to drive business results.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in professional and progressive HR Generalist roles
  • Knowledge of applicable state, federal, local employment labor laws and regulations
  • Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or another advanced degree
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
  • Fluent in Spanish or another language
  • Experience using Ceridian
