We currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Associate (Temp) to join our team at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As an Accounts Payable Associate you will be responsible for processing invoices, running disbursements, and general payables reporting needs. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the Accounts Payable (AP) department with audit requirements
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounting to resolve Bank to Book reconciling items
  • Prepare and distribute funding reports
  • Answer questions and resolve issues regarding payables

Ultimately, you will assist the AP department to ensure that all of our bills and invoices are paid in a timely manner and the department runs smoothly
