Your Role

As the Senior Manager, IT Development, you will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions on our SAP platform, and in migrating the existing platform to the new future state technical solution. This role will oversee all technical aspects of our SAP platform with a focus on best practice, consistent delivery and effectiveness, building strategic relationships inside and outside of the organization, influencing leaders as well as vendor partners, and supporting team development and growth. 

You have the opportunity to:

  • Architecture and Software life cycle management of complex technical development projects and work streams.
  • Manage internal and partner resources including mentoring and hands-on guidance.
  • Collaborate project requirements such as scope, schedule, cost, resources, integration, change, and quality.
  • Meeting scheduled milestones to ensure project objectives are met in a timely manner and are in compliance with the IT technology Roadmap.
  • Responsible for translating business needs into solution architecture requirements in collaboration with business analysts, architects, and development team.
  • Contribute to all phases of the lifecycle including proof of concept, blueprinting, mapping, design, configuration, testing and go-live support.
  • Full understanding of Change Management related to IT development.

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in CS or Engineering
  • 12+ years of relevant work experience in SAP development including integration technology keeping best practices in application security
  • Proven history of delivering projects on-time and on-budget with quality
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA Technical Concept and Architecture, SAP Cloud Platform for Extensions, Data Modeling using HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools (ADT), Code Performance Rules and Guidelines for SAP HANA, ADBC, ABAP Core Data Services and OData Services
  • Experience with ABAP WRICEF objects and interface development protocols such as RFC, BAPI, IDOC, ABAP Proxy and knowledge on Restful ABAP programming models
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to work independently
  • Excellent Project Management, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills with ability to influence and lead

Icing on the Cake:

  • Experience working on S4/Fiori, a plus
