We are searching for a Quality Systems Supervisor to join our team located at our manufacturing facility in Appleton, WI.

Your Role:

As a Corporate Quality Systems Supervisor, you will ensure we have the quality systems set up to allow our manufacturing facilities to succeed, and ultimately delight the customer. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace. 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and improve product test procedures, performing Gage R&R as needed.
  • Perform document control functions for corporate quality procedures, test methods, specification changes, etc.
  • Manage the document approval process, generating, tracking, and filing change requests, as well as updating the specified documents.
  • Implement, program, and troubleshoot product test data collection software at the manufacturing locations.
  • Be responsible for the operation and integrity of the QS data collection database and Quality SharePoint intranet site.
  • Supervise the product test and micro labs.
  • Be a member of the Internal Audit team for BRCGS.

Ultimately, you will help to build and standardize our quality systems across several manufacturing sites.

 We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, or equivalent work experience in relevant fields, or associate degree with 10 years’ experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in quality
  • Manufacturing and Supervisor experience
  • Familiar with BRCGS, HACCP, or other food safety standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong skills in MS Office (minimum Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Ability to travel 10%

Icing on the cake:

  • Lab experience
  • Computer programming knowledge, or ability and interest to learn
  • Experience as an internal auditor
  • Experience in consumer goods industry
