Your Role:

As a Procurement Manager, you will be a part of the Customer Experience team and contribute to our mission to help drive a customer-centric culture to enable and deliver business value in a cost effective and timely manner.  You will be responsible for finding creative solutions to business problems and delivering measurable improvements.  We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Recognizing areas of improvement within the Procurement Source to Pay processes and lead the procurement grief, vendor lifecycle, and transformational activities to implement operational and system changes to deliver measurable improvements
  • Lead grief management team to instill the “FIX IT” mentality. This role will coach and conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action to identify and implement solutions, and leverage change management and project management techniques
  • Support the ongoing Source to Pay transformation activities. This will include working with IT, Suppliers, Procurement Organization, Internal customers, and stakeholders to understand the problem area and deploying solutions to deliver measurable improvements
  • Execute the vendor experience effort to help improve Vendor Lifecycle management

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain or Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in program management or similar
  • Experience with procurement transformation, vendor management, procurement operations
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with SAP

Icing on the cake:

  • Supervisory experience desired
