 Plant Specific Details

• 2/2/3 schedule – work approximately 15 days out of the month
• 2 (3) day weekends off a month
• 12 hour shifts
• Day/Night shift w/ rotating shift options
• Ability to shift swap with prior approval and one weeks’ notice

Your Role

As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for preparing machines for efficient use and thereby maintaining a safe environment. You will have the opportunity to:

• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
• Fine tune all parameters of the production process
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality
• Take the line from an idle stop to full production

In this role, you will be vitally important to the production process and therefore the company as a whole.  Physical Requirements

• The ability to stand for 12 hours during shift
• The ability to lift 35 LBS
