Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Finance - Reporting and Analytics Manager to join our Reyvolution  team at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Reporting and Analytics Manager, you will lead all Reyvolution (business transformation) financial modeling, tracking, reporting, analysis and auditing You will have the opportunity to:

  • Build and maintain a stable, efficient and flexible financial model to track, report and analyze 700+ Reyvolution Projects across the entire enterprise, spanning as many as 10 years
  • Partner with 5 Business Unit CFOs, their Finance Teams and all levels of multiple cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Procurement, IT and Supply Chain to develop, review, validate and update all Reyvolution projects
  • Coordinate / Perform reports, analysis, reviews, and presentations for weekly Executive Reyvolution Meetings with CEO, CFO, BU Presidents and VP Business Transformation
  • Model and build a direct link between capital, Reyvolution Projects, Annual and Cycle Plans and the long-range strategic plans
  • Coordinate / Perform additional ad hoc reporting and analysis, make recommendations regarding vetting and prioritizing Reyvolution projects

In this exciting role, you will provide leadership insight and support for monthly Reyvolution results, forecast cycles, annual operating plans and strategic outlooks that allow the business to anticipate future impacts and assist in developing alternative plans as well as ensuring that results are delivered.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 7+ years of related professional and progressive Finance experience in a Corporate environment
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting sales/marketing/manufacturing activities with solid experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Broad accounting and finance experience with exposure to a wide range of business functions and demonstrated leadership

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree 
  • CPA Certification 
  • PMP Certification
