We are searching for a Senior Compliance Manager to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Senior Compliance Manager, you be responsible for strengthening, upholding and monitoring the appropriate policies and procedures across the entire enterprise instance of SAP. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Analyze SAP SOD data and processes and recommend enhancements, tools, and mitigation solutions and changes to improve overall SOD risk position of the corporation
  • Act as overall project manager in the implementation efforts of enhancements to the existing GRC toolkit
  • Review and address specific training and development needs to fill compliance gaps related to SOD in the SAP environment
  • Act as liaison between all facets of the business segments, including but not limited to information technology, internal audit, finance, tax, and procurement with regard to SOD conflict resolution initiatives

Ultimately, you will be responsible for the oversight of the governance structure surrounding segregation of duties (“SOD”) analysis, conflict resolution and risk mitigation within the ERP system (SAP) utilized by three business units.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting or Information Technology
  • 8+ years of related professional experience in management, compliance, accounting and auditing, with specific experience around segregation of duties, and one or more large ERP
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proven ability to contribute to complex projects and teams across different business areas

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Corporate and/or manufacturing industry experience
