Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our manufacturing team at our facility in Appleton, WI.

Your Role:

As the Plant Human Resources Manager, you will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruiting, and training and development of employees. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with the corporate HR lead team and HR Project manager to develop strategies for improvement
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Operations leaders
  • Manage multiple department records, including a continuous operations facility
  • Assess talent and assist in succession planning
  • Find solutions and resolve conflicts

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience as a professional HR Generalist in a plant manufacturing environment
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of key performance indicator (KPI) and metric based HR management

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Professional human resources certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing practices
  • Experience with ADP as well as other HRIS software (ATS, Performance Management)
