We are searching for an IT Site Support Manager to join our team located at our facility in Lincolnshire, IL.

Your Role:

As an IT Site Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing for all IT Site and Desktop operational support, managing work effort for projects, and leading a team that performs daily operations for desktop and site support services to include desktop deployment, software deployment, network, server, printers, and more. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Participate in IT projects to ensure that Site Support is operationally ready for changes
  • Perform root cause investigations and troubleshoot local server related issues
  • Supervise, lead, and coach remote and local Site Support Technicians and IT personnel
  • Keep current on industry direction on technology changes

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with installing network devices and troubleshooting related
  • 5+ years of experience with implementing with and supporting a variety of computing devices and peripherals used both in an office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Site Support management
  • Certification for computing device and peripheral warranty process and repairs especially in Dell and HP equipment
  • Experience in Microsoft SCCM or similar tool

Icing on the cake:

  • ITIL Foundation, Service Operations, and/or Site Support Manager certification
  • Experience using IT related tools; SCOM, Nagios, Netcool, Nedi, Active Role Server, etc.
  • Experience using project management tools and methodology
  • Microsoft Certifications
