We are searching for an IT Portfolio and Operations Manager to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As an IT Portfolio and Operations Manager, you will be the strategic interface within the IT department and will manage the demand process, IT release management, and IT financials. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Set-up project standards, templates, and refine requirements
  • Build, maintain, and implement the IT release calendar
  • Work cross-functionally to manage IT financials
  • Lead and coordinate the go-live activities including the execution of plans

In this important role, you will help to ensure the success of the IT department by managing our operations, making improvements to our processes, and working with our partners across the organization.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in a related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise application integrations and IT
  • Background in SAP and JDA
  • Experience with IT project portfolio management, IT demand management, and IT release management
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership position
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office

Icing on the cake:

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a business-related degree
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
