Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you!  We are searching for an International Business Development Manager to join our team located in Mississauga, Ontario.

Your Role:

As an International Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing profitable sales programs while managing several sales distributors, direct accounts and outside agencies.  You will be interfacing with various resources within the organization and successfully managing all forecasting and budgetary needs for your customers in order to achieve annual sales and profitability targets

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the planning and execution for all sales programs with customers of responsibility
  • Development and implementation of annual business plans, contingencies and the recommendation of on-going modifications to achieve the approved volume, share, spending and profit objectives of the business.
  • Assist in preparing strategic plans and contingencies for management review and approval to guide long-term business planning/development.
  • Develop and execute consumer and trade promotional programs to ensure established objectives are met.

Ultimately, you will impact our company by managing multiple initiatives, including high-profile BU projects and influencing strategic choices including AMPS and long term plans for the organization.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in related field
  • 7+ years of related professional and progressive experience in sales
  • 5+ years of experience in CPG with direct sales responsibility for Canadian Retailers
  • Experience using Nielsen with strong analytics capabilities
  • Experience forecasting relative to executed AMPS
