We are searching for a Director of Organizational Development and Learning to join our HR team at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Director of Organizational Development and Learning, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high impact teachings to the leaders and managers as well as building programs that serve our employees. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the Employee Engagement Survey process
  • Develop a strategy for rolling out eLearning to our employees
  • Address skills gaps and organizational shifts to ensure training processes align with business goals
  • Ensure our onboarding process gives new-hires the tools they need to succeed

In this new and exciting role, you will be the creator of this function and will be a dynamic developer, storyteller, and coach for new practical and creative solutions to employee development and will ultimately ensure the future success for our company.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of learning and organizational development experience, including experience developing and implementing training programs
  • Prior team management experience
  • Expertise in adult learning theories, systems thinking, and organizational culture
  • Knowledge of current and future trends in learning and development
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or another advanced degree in Business or Organizational Development
  • Certification or education in instructional design, project management, and leadership development
  • Knowledge of training systems including Learning Management Systems
