We currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Director for our Fresh-Lock/Slide-Rite Sales located at our offices in Appleton, WI.  Relocation package available.

Your Role:

As a Commercial Director for Fresh-Lock/Slide-Rite sales, you will be responsible for development and execution of sound commercial strategies to facilitate high rates of Top-Line and Bottom-Line growth, by leading the acquisition of new national and global accounts and preservation of base business, marketing to targeted markets and customers with existing and new products to flexible packaging converters and branded consumer packaged goods companies. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee execution of North American & European sales and marketing strategy and objectives
  • Develop and execute “rest-of-world” sales channel and distribution strategies for Asia Pacific, South / Central America and new emerging markets
  • Lead the Customer Support (Customer Service) team, sales technical team, and lead Marketing, product management and analyst team
  • Negotiations and execution of customer commercial contracts

Ultimately, you will contribute and maintain alignment with peers of the Fresh-Lock/Slide-Rite Lead Team as well as operate with integrity while supporting business unit and corporate objectives and policies.

We need you to have:

  • 10+ years flexible packaging industry experience including direct customer facing experience
  • 5+ years of Sales or Marketing leadership experience in a direct marketing environment (business-to-business direct marketing / sales)
  • Experience managing P&L
  • Prior experience providing leadership for visible/high profile marketing plans and/or projects

Icing on the cake:

  • Technical aptitude of packaging development and construction
  • Experience with working with CPG’s in targeted markets
