Are you looking to build a strong career and make a positive impact? Then we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Vice President of Marketing- International to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL (relocation will be available to candidate).


Your Role:

As Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering annual revenue and earnings growth, setting the long-term strategic direction for the international business, and leading the innovation master planning & delivery for the Business Unit.


You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop your General Management skills on a growing business that spans >60 countries across LATAM, Middle East, and Asia
  • Assist the Leader of the business unit by working across functions and territories to set a clear direction for the international business via a global strategic plan
  • Drive profitable share growth by identifying category and country opportunities, designing and delivering new product initiatives, and driving trial via compelling Consumer & Shopper communication
  • Lead equity building on all our international brands (e.g. Diamond, Alcan), including Communications Strategies, Agency partnerships, and Media Plans
  • Drive Gross Profit expansion by optimizing all P&L drivers to include pricing, sizing, product specs, semi-finished & finished goods sourcing, and logistics

In this exciting role, you will lead a team of marketers and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to step change base business performance and accelerate growth through new product, category and new market expansion.

We need you to have:

  • MBA or other advanced degree 
  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in blue chip multinational CPG in both marketing & Sales roles with involvement in broad commercial issues.
  • Prior team management experience combined with a proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring cross functional teams, Marketing staff and outside vendors/agencies.
  • Strong people management skills, communication skills
  • Ability to travel abroad at least 50% of the time
