We are searching for a Senior Business Transformation Manager to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As the Senior Business Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading key initiatives and programs across the organization. In this role, you will develop, prioritize, and execute initiatives that enhance top line growth and improve operational efficiencies. The role is accountable for leading, implementing, maintaining and improving people, process and technology capabilities across the enterprise; and plays a lead role in driving initiatives and teams towards realization of both quantitative and qualitative benefits that are aligned with RCP’s overall strategy.   

You will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the development, testing and implementation of large complex enterprise initiatives, and process optimization.
• Employ Continuous Improvement capabilities: Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, data analysis and Kaizen workshop facilitation.
• Gather requirements, define and document business processes/procedures using workflow modeling techniques and standardized documentation templates.
• Partner with key stakeholders across Business Units and Functions utilizing program development frameworks, Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence methodologies, functional.
• Create and implement a change management plan to ensure engagement and commitment from all key stakeholders.
• Build program related content for effective stakeholder communications in order to drive visibility, clarity, alignment & decision making
• Develop effective measurements/ROI on all projects and report on progress on a regular basis.

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in a related field
• 5+ years experience leading strategic/process improvement initiatives and facilitating workshops/kaizen sessions
• Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry and/or manufacturing organization a plus
• Corporate Strategy experience is a plus

Icing on the cake:

• MBA or other advanced degree a plus
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and hazard analysis
