We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. This role is in the office 3 days a week.

Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative activities including heavy scheduling for up to 100 open positions and supporting multiple recruiters. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with recruiters and candidates to schedule complex interviews via phone, MS Teams and in-person.
  • Greet candidates onsite for interviews, as needed.
  • Collaborate with key vendor partners to manage the pre-employment background check and drug testing process.
  • Create new, update, and/or close job requisitions, and create new user accounts for contractors.
  • Distribute surveys to collect data on how to improve RCP hiring processes.
  • Act as a back-up for other TA Coordinators, for salaried and hourly, when necessary.
  • Maintain HR files, trackers, and assist with various projects as assigned.

We need you to have:

  • Associates Degree, coursework, training, and/or certifications in HR or related field.
  • 2+ years of related professional experience across all aspects of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Experience using an ATS.
  • Excellent capabilities in Office collaboration tools including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.

Icing on the cake:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
