If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our team located in Huntersville, NC.

Your Role:

As a Quality Manager, you will provide leadership of the plant’s quality and productivity improvement initiatives as well have responsibility for leading the Q&P team. Quality at Reynolds Consumer Products is a critical component of our success, and this important role will manage the inspection and testing of products to ensure adherence to established quality standards while promoting and maintaining Company objectives and Quality Policies. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain the plant's quality and continuous improvement systems.
  • Work in coordination with the RCP Business Unit quality team on the development and implementation of quality policies, specifications, and test procedures.
  • Provide analysis of data.
  • Coordinate and champion the plant’s efforts to pass all RCP and customer-driven 3rd party audits and inspections.

We need you to have:

  • BS/BA degree in Business or Technical Discipline.
  • 5-7 years of Quality Management and/or Process Improvement in a Manufacturing Environment.
  • Experience with BRC Certifications or other 3rd party quality audit certifications.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office capabilities, including Excel.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills a must.
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles and experience implementing LEAN processes.

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Technician/Engineer/Professional Quality/Statistical Application certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Experience with Hazard and Risk Management.
