Your Role:

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating production and other processes to find operational opportunities and ensure that each process is optimized to meet current goals. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide technical problem-solving skills and direction to drive continuous improvement and solve chronic process and equipment issue.
  • Develop process methods and controls.
  • Determine costs and schedules for products as well as lead capital projects.
  • Train and develop our employees.

You will express your ideas and make recommendations for improvements. Ultimately, you will make our processes more efficient and productive therefore you will have a direct impact on the company! We need you to have:

  • BS in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in extrusion and converting processes.

Icing on the cake:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and AIB requirements.
