Pay: $27.50/Hour
Your Role:
As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for supporting production by maintaining equipment in the operating departments and the process support equipment for the plant. You will have the opportunity to:
- Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
- Locate and replace defective components
- Teach, coach, and mentor line operators in preventative maintenance processes
- Prepare assemblies needed for certain lines to minimize maintenance downtime
- Ultimately, you will be able to express your ideas for improvement and make a real impact on the production and safety of our company. We need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance for production equipment
- Ability to do basic math
- Certified forklift operator
- Your own tools and toolbox
- Icing on the cake:
Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
Associates degree or two year technical degree in a related field
