Pay: $27.50/Hour

Your Role:

As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for supporting production by maintaining equipment in the operating departments and the process support equipment for the plant. You will have the opportunity to:

• Trouble-shooting and timely repairs of mechanical equipment in support of work teams
• Provide mechanical support to all Plant production and facility equipment.
• Support predictive, preventive, and parts rebuild maintenance programs.
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team to solve mechanical equipment problems.
• Lend assistance to electricians on electrical repairs as needed.
• Provide mechanical support to other RCP Jacksonville facilities as needed.

We need you to have:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience with plastics-related machinery
• 3 years experience as a shift mechanic

Icing on the cake:

• Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Associates degree or two year technical degree in a related field
