We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Recruiter (Temporary) to join our team located at our plant in Lewiston, UT.

Your Role:

As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment for plant-based (manufacturing) positions and other roles as needed. This position regularly manages approximately 30 requisitions. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Source candidates, perform pre-screens, and interview top candidates in the marketplace.
  • Use your market knowledge of trends as it relates to talent and ensure we continue to build our talent pipeline.
  • Make recommendations for hiring.
  • Assist in the development and execution of the company's diversity recruiting programs.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS in HR or related field.
  • 5+ years of related professional experience across all aspects of Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience using an ATS, preferably Luceo (also known as CBAT, a CareerBuilder ATS program).
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Icing on the cake:

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used in a CPG company or the manufacturing industry.
  • 2+ years of experience in the CPG industry.
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing recruiting experience.
  • DEI Recruiting Certification.
