If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Human Resources Workforce Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Human Resources Workforce Analyst, you will be the data expert and utility player for the HR Team. This role is pivotal in leveraging data-driven insights to support organizational effectiveness. The position is critical in supporting multiple People Disciplines within the business. This is a hands-on role.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
  • Design and produce regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into workforce trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create presentations and reports for management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, HRIS team, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and relevance.
  • Collect and analyze HR data related to recruitment, retention, employee performance, diversity, and other workforce metrics.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key findings and trends.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling to identify correlations, patterns, and predictive insights.
  • Monitor data integrity and ensure accuracy of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other data sources.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in workforce analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Analytical skills to interpret statistics and data, and identify relationships, trends, and anomalies.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization tools, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Advanced spreadsheet expertise (Excel) to design & prepare spreadsheets and analyze data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience working with confidential information.
  • Proven ability to learn and effectively maneuver through multiple SAAS solutions.
  • Effective verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during key business deadlines.
  • Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.

Icing on the cake:

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used in the CPG and/or Manufacturing industry.
