Your Role:

The Warehouse & Manufacturing Clerk is responsible for all administrative tasks pertaining to Manufacturing and the Warehouse. This position will report to the Plant Manager and will assist all other salaried personnel in processing routine administrative documents. Ultimately, you will be part of a vital team that ensures that our customers are receiving quality products that are delivered accurately and on time. You will have the opportunity to:

• Perform warehouse clerical tasks such as taking inventory of raw materials for manufacturing and product for shipments to customers.
• Enter transactions into the Quickbooks or SAP inventory operating system.
• Provides administrative support in the development and distribution of warehouse documents.
• Coordinate with customers by receiving orders and inputting manufacturing orders in Quickbooks and providing orders to manufacturing. 
• Communicating with customers on lead times for products ordered by customers.
• Invoicing customers after completion of product manufacturing.
• Coordinating shipment of products for customer.
• In locations where applicable, responsible to comply with the SQF and GMP practices and programs to ensure safe food packaging product and to report food safety problems to those with authority to take action.

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years clerical warehouse experience required.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks & Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Works independently but enjoys working with a team.
• Can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams.

Icing on the cake:

• Knowledge of Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or manufacturing industry.
