If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Transportation Analyst located at our offices in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Transportation Analyst, you will be responsible for data analytics, establishing visual tools to be shared with internal and external partners as well as developing, interpreting, and implementing key performance indicators for all aspects of Transportation.  You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and manage reporting and data visualization tools. (30%)
• Act as liaison between IT and transportation in an effort to improve transportation visibility and reporting for the multiple levels throughout organization. (30%)
• Test, implement, and train the new technology brought to the transportation team. (20%)
• Conduct thorough and accurate data analysis to identify areas of process improvement and operational efficiency. (10%)
• Support transportation procurement and network sourcing projects. (10%)

We need you to have:

• Experience in Power BI reporting development is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2-4 years' experience in an analytical role.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats.
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Icing on the cake:

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
• Advanced skill in Excel is a plus including macros, pivot tables, and advanced formatting.
