We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary) to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL. This role will be in the office 3 days a week.

Your Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative activities, including supporting up to 100 open positions and multiple recruiters as well. You will help recruiters from the opening of a new Requisition, to getting new hires through the background process and getting started. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Create new, update, and/or close job requisitions, and create new user accounts for contractors.
  • Work closely with recruiters and candidates to schedule complex interviews via phone, MS Teams, and in-person.
  • Greet candidates onsite for interviews, as needed.
  • Collaborate with key vendor partners to manage the pre-employment background check and drug testing process.
  • Manage the Talent Acquistion inbox, respond to or forward questions and concerns to the appropriate party.
  • Act as a back-up for other TA Coordinators, for salaried and hourly, when necessary.
  • Administer the ATS system such as updating data fields, creating profiles, and resolving/troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Support and work with multiple recruiters and TA Leadership.
  • Maintain HR files, trackers, and assist with various projects as assigned.

You will interact with and act as an intermediary between the Talent Acquistion Team, Hiring Managers, Candidates, and 3rd Parties as well. We need you to have:

  • Associate's degree, coursework, training, and/or certifications in HR or related field.
  • 2+ years of related professional experience across all aspects of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Experience using an ATS.
  • Excellent capabilities in Office collaboration tools including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to pivot and be flexible with changing priorities.

Icing on the cake:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
