Your Role:

The Marketing Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to drive business growth through new product innovation launches and enhance brand equity across several key markets around the globe. They will project manage with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies to execute new product development and launches. This role will report to the Director of Marketing. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace. 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with and project manage product development teams to launch new products and line extensions, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with and project manage commercial teams to conduct in market analysis: competitive landscape, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage specific initiative budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support brand initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Support brand communication efforts across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, PR, and events.
  • Stay connected with US teams on branding and innovation trends.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Internship, Co-op exposure, or experience within a consumer durable or consumer packaged goods company.
  • 3 months to 2+ years’ experience within an applicable industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or have project management experience.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and various internal customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically and systematically.
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule to accommodate global working time zones, when necessary.
  • Must be team oriented and able to work with highly collaborative and high-performance teams.

  • Exposure to research and new product development.
  • Sales, Marketing, or other business-related experience.
  • International experience.
