We are searching for a Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

The Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager is a high exposure role that will report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and work closely with the Segment/Business Unit CFOs and other key partners to drive the financial planning process, facilitate the buildout of robust financial plans, high quality reporting, providing insights to Leadership, and influencing business decisions. You will have the opportunity to:

• Leverage your creativity, business acumen, and advanced people skills to deliver creative solutions to business problems.
• Collaborate with cross functional groups to harness full breadth of company knowledge in delivering insights to the leadership team.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models that support the forecasting processes.
• Analyze peer, industry, and macro-economic information, providing insights into business implications.
• Leverage financial systems to enhance quality and/or drive efficiency in forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Prepare materials for Board Meetings, Earnings Calls, Town Halls, and other key presentations.
• Assist in month-end reporting, rolling up all segments and telling the financial story of Reynolds Consumer Products.
• Other Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Ultimately, you will oversee all financial reporting and will ensure that all documentation is accurate while also initiating and driving processes to improve accuracy, financial control, and efficiency. We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years of finance experience with increasing scope and responsibilities.
• Broad Finance experiences combining some mix of FP&A, Financial Reporting, Cash Flow/Balance Sheet management, Accounting, etc.
• Quick and agile learner with advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Hyperion/HFM skills.
• Transitions seamlessly between detailed financial information and communication of results at an executive level.

Icing on the cake:

• Advanced Degree (EG. CPA, MBA, CFA, etc.).
• Exposure to CPG/Public Accounting and/or Manufacturing environment.
