If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are searching for a Deployment Planner to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Deployment Planner, you will be responsible for managing finished goods inventory deployment across the company distribution centers to support and provide superior customer service for the business and work cross-functionally with supply planning teams, warehouses, and transportation teams. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Build, review, track, forecast, and adjust intra-company shipments using system.
  • Work cross-functionally to align on distribution strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate on hand inventory to ensure that safety stock targets are met, and trucks are fully utilized in the movement of finished goods.
  • Analyze and leverage system capabilities.
  • Reach volume, customer service, inventory, and operating expense goals.
  • Express your ideas and develop your skills.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, or supply chain related areas.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Icing on the cake:

  • Previous experience in deployment, or inventory management in consumer goods industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP or Logility or other load building tools.
  • LEAN experience.
