We currently have an opportunity for a Summer Seasonal Building & Grounds Maintenance Associate to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Appleton, WI.

$20.00 / Hour

Seasonal Position: May - August 2024

Your Role:

In the important role of our Summer Building and Grounds Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the manufacturing facility, providing cost effective and high quality service and upholding a safe work environment.  You will have the opportunity to:

  • Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
  • Identify, replace and or/fix building and machine filters
  • Operate fork trucks and high lifts
  • Assisting with basic building maintenance, such as painting, cleaning of equipment, and repair of various facility and office components.

In this hands-on role, you will ensure that our facility is in excellent condition. As a valued employee, you will be rewarded for contributing to the overall team's success, as well as learning and developing new skills.

We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work safely on elevated platforms and other heights
  • Availability to work independently and prioritize tasks as required
  • Availability to work overtime as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Icing on the cake:

  • Previous experience with different types of manufacturing equipment
  • Enrolled in a trade course of study, such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing or construction
