We are searching for a Travel and Entertainment (T&E) Administrator to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a T&E Administrator, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of processes and systems that support the administration of T&E and Procard programs and policies. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Analyze regional functional and legal requirements and translate into the Concur system while maintaining the global standard
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business processes in area(s) of assignment

  • Pursue continuous learning consistent with the movement in the job requirements and changes in technology and service delivery

  • Provide solutions that meet the needs of the customer

  • Provide subject matter expertise in the processes and systems in assigned area(s) of responsibility

  • Provide expert advice and counsel to the users of the processes and systems in assigned area(s) of responsibility

Ultimately, you will provide assistance in the control and maintenance of the T&E and Procard processes and procedures to ensure employee expenses are processed in accordance with established Company and IRS regulations and to ensure proper accounting transactions are generated and reconciled to meet closing, auditing and government reporting requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree or prior experience in a related role
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Prior experience interacting with customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills
