We have over one hundred locations in the United States alone and we are currently searching for a Shift Supervisor to join our team at our manufacturing facility in South Boston, VA.

Your Role:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead plant production and will be responsible for maximizing safety, quality, and productivity while also minimizing cost. You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop strategic initiatives and operating goals for the plant
• Ensure production schedule, material usage, and output requirements are met
• Hire and train employees as well as appraise their performance
• Work to your maximum potential and help others do the same

Ultimately, you will be responsible for creating a safe, clean, and unified team-oriented workplace that strives towards continuous improvement.

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of related professional and progressive manufacturing experience
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Proficiency in SAP, Kronos, and Gensuite

Icing on the cake:

• BA/BS degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related field
• Prior team management experience including coaching a diverse staff
