We are searching for a Retirement Plan Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Retirement Plan Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting day-to-day administration of the Retirement Plans, to include the qualified and non-qualified plans. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage day-to-day plan administration and vendor relationship.
  • Ability to read, analyze and apply plan provisions in accordance with the plan documents.
  • Detailed audits of plan contributions, eligibility, vesting and census data.
  • Review complicated pension calculations for accuracy.
  • Validate and confirm monthly pension payroll processes and reconciliations

Ultimately, you will provide customer service to team members and work with management, vendors, finance, payroll, data management, and legal to ensure administration of plans are carried out in accordance with DOL and ERISA regulations.

We need you to have:

  • Previous analytical experience
  • Experience partnering with management and staff in a team based environment
  • Ability to manage competing demands and changing priorities
  • Track record of ability to handle duties of a confidential nature with judgment and discretion

Icing on the cake:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience preferred
