We are searching for a Regional Sales Manager in our offices located in Appleton, WI.

Your Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible  for managing the sales of Fresh-lock® zipper and slider closures to assigned customers in the assigned geography and for building and managing a customer base for those products. In addition, they will develop and execute sound commercial strategies to protect existing base business, develop and grow accounts through the sales team, while also achieving growth in targeted markets and targeted customers with existing and new products:

  • Manage the region to attain the annual forecasted sales volume and EBITDA.
  • Develop sales plans and budgets for maximizing sales volume while meeting profit margin targets.
  • Identify, qualify and close new target accounts within the region.
  • Work with technical support, manufacturing and other support teams as needed to resolve customer problems.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for achieving sales revenue, profit and expense goals within a defined geographic area.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS preferably in business, sales/marketing or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales, preferably in flexible packaging or a related industry
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50%
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or another advanced degree
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
