We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team located at our plant in Louisville, KY

Your Role:

As a Recruiter/Human Resources Representative, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our open positions by using creative sourcing techniques to find, qualify, and present the best candidates. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as social media, professional networks, and industry contacts
  • Provide support for the Applicant Tracking and Performance Management systems
  • Manage job postings on a variety of external job sites
  • Assist with the new hire orientation and on-boarding processes
  • Coordinate with departments to determine hiring needs and ensure proper staffing levels
  • Provide backup support for payroll and leave management/administration as needed
  • Provide backup support for clerical administrative duties and needed

Ultimately, you will build the talent in our company by ensuring that we are using the best methods possible to find top talent and identifying and implementing improvements to drive performance objectives across the organization.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2+ years of related professional Human Resource experience with an emphasis in Talent Acquisition or Staffing
  • Experience using social networking for sourcing
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook

Icing on the cake:

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
  • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR)
  • Experience working in the Consumer Product Goods industry
  • Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Luceo
