Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Analyst to join our team in Hot Spring, Arkansas.

Your Role:

The Quality Technician will provide guidance, assistance and coordination to the continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities include on-site supplier audits, process verification activities, evaluation and/or PPAPs of new or revised supplied components. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Measure quality performance with metrics & trend analysis, publish regular reports internally/externally to share supplier performance information and provide feedback to suppliers on quality issues with performance information. (# of defects, types of defects, defects parts per million, etc.)
  • Coordinate the disposition of nonconforming materials. Use SAP as necessary.
  • Run routine quality testing in the lab and perform regular product inspections on the shop floor.
  • Ensure compliance with test procedures and equipment within the quality labs and production areas.
  • Assist in the performance of statistically based audits and post production inspection of products and product characteristics as directed by the Quality Manager. Publish audit results as required.
  • Support plant, as needed, with supplier quality issues.
  • Complete assessments of suppliers, as appropriate.

We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 8+ years of technical troubleshooting manufacturing experience
  • Strong troubleshooting ability
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office

Icing on the cake:

  • Associate’s Degree or trade school diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
  • ASQ Certified Quality Technician
  • Understanding of statistical processes and procedures
