We currently have an opportunity for a Network Planning Manager to join our team located in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Network Planning Manager, you will manage and lead network capabilities (throughput & working capital) processes. Maintain continuity cross functionally (Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehousing, Transportation and Customer Supply Chain) while proactively identifying and communicating RCP network constraints/inventory reduction opportunities.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Ownership and Accountability of RCP network and inventory
  • Facilitate budget setting, maintenance and governance
  • Support planning process and procedures to deliver on defined KPIs
  • Weekly BU inventory and total Network updates
  • Provide direction to deployment and supply planning to ensure inventory remains within control limits
  • Quarterly safety stock reviews
  • Ensure planning excellence in support of the end to end supply chain operations
  • Lead adaptability knowledge around external factors (Consumer Behavior, Economic Instability, etc.)
  • Ensure we’re reducing Supply Chain costs to fuel investment back into the business
  • Deliver consumer value through execution excellence

Ultimately, you will ensure RCP adheres or improves on month to month inventory turn targets as well as have a continuous improvement mindset in planning processes and usage/creation of data visualization/ exception-based tools.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business or a related field
  • 7+ years of related professional and progressive experience in supply chain
  • Prior team management experience
  • Proficiency in JDA or Manugistics
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience using SAP

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or another advanced degree
  • Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
