Your Role:

As a Manufacturing Financial Control Manager, you will work directly with the Global Commercial team and our outside contract manufacturers.  Internally, you will work cross functionally with all of our business teams, developing financial insights and road maps to assist in delivering out sourced solutions to keep our businesses growing.  You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop financial processes and standardization across contract manufacturing involving hundreds of millions of dollars across products and services through dozens of contract manufacturers around the world, supporting our sales in over 90 countries
  • Lead monthly and annual reporting of inventories for contract manufacturing
  • Collaborate with planning team to correct areas of opportunity before month end with scrap, obsolete materials, and finished goods.
  • Generate analysis of quotes (RFQs) into an actionable format for BUs by incorporating influencers such as tariffs, duties, freight, currency, raw material fluctuations, and amortized equipment.
  • Create and refresh quarterly standard cost roll-ups for Master Data (SAP) 
  • Collaborate with Global Commercialization team to perform sensitivity analysis of co-packing expenses and contract manufacturing pricing
  • Innovate within this financial space

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years financial business experience, CPG preferred
  • Cost accounting and SAP experience.
  • Strong analytics skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Icing on the cake:

  • Familiar with manufacturing
  • Experience with RFQs
  • Experience with Bill of Material creation
  • Ok with some domestic travel / open to occasional international travel
