Your Role:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the functional requirements of the Maintenance Department (4-7 employees).  You will have the opportunity to:

  • Direct the maintenance work force (Industrial Millwright Mechanics, Electricians, and Set-up Technicians) in addressing daily plant equipment and facility issues, while maintaining an effective preventive maintenance program
  • Train employees and monitor the quality of the work provided by the department 
  • Have responsibility for stock room management and ordering of parts required for routine and preventive maintenance
  • Act as a forward thinker and actively develop departmental talent in preparation for future challenges

Ultimately, you will work to ensure that plant and facility needs are addressed in proper priority sequence, resources are available as needed and budgetary controls are in place and maintained.
