Your Role:

As a Maintenance Planning Manager for Reynolds Consumer Products, Hot Spring Rolling Mill, you will manage the work order process to deliver PM’s and WO’s ready to be executed by the maintenance group. Daily maintenance work and maintenance project work (such as furnace rebuilds and 12-Hour mill outages) are the regular work scope. You will coordinate activity with the production leaders to plan needed downtime and track breakdown work. The principle product of your group is a weekly schedule of work for the various maintenance shift groups and crafts.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Create and monitor the work order development process for preventive maintenance and improvement/project work, such as: Create reports that are data driven from our CMMS (Maintenance Connection), build BOMs for assets and PM optimization.
  • Create and provide clear scheduling direction and guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze resource constraints and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Develop, analyze and communicate action plans to resolve service problems.
  • Manage projects and measure actual performance vs. plan
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement

We need you to have:

  • A BA/BS Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance Planning, Project Management Planning
  • Strong system aptitude including Maintenance Connection (or other CMMS), Microsoft Project, and SAP
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Icing on the cake:

  • Demonstrated experience in industrial safety processes
  • Previous experience in heavy industry maintenance processes
  • Experience in Lean Six-sigma projects
