We are searching for an IT Site Support Technician to join our team located at our Stockton, California location.

Your Role:

As an IT Site Support Technician (Temp to Direct Hire), you will be responsible for providing operational support including all computing devices, peripherals, and common applications. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide support for a manufacturing and warehouse environment as well as a corporate office
  • Perform root cause investigations
  • Train personnel on using technology
  • Provide support for network, printers, and servers

In this exciting role, you will collaborate with people at all levels of the organization and will ensure that our facility’s technology systems are operating correctly so that we may continue to innovate.

 

This is a position that is suited to someone that already has worked in a deskside and site support role. This person must work well with all levels of the business both remotely and in person.

We need you to have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience installing network devices, implementing computer devices and peripherals, and troubleshooting processes and devices
  • Certification for computing device and peripheral warranty process and repairs especially in Dell and HP equipment
  • Experience in Microsoft SCCM or similar tool
  • Understanding of Active Directory and how AD ties into system security/permissions to troubleshoot cross-system issues

Icing on the cake:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing, warehouse, and corporate headquarter environment
  • Experience using IT related tools; SCOM, Nagios, Netcool, Nedi, Active Role Server, etc.
  • Experience using project management tools and methodology
