We are searching for an IT Desktop Mobility Analyst to join our team located at our data center in Lincolnshire, IL.

Your Role:

As an IT Desktop Mobility Analyst, you will be responsible for computer/device standards within the corporate offices, field staff, manufacturing plants, and warehouses, along with ensuring a consistent User Experience with desktop technologies. Under the direction of the Technology Management team, your role will include device management, patching and advanced support for Microsoft, Apple, and other technologies used by the end users within our locations.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Deploy and manage the Windows operating system 
  • Script utilizing, PowerShell , VBS, and other technologies
  • Patch management strategies utilizing SCCM
  • Utilize advanced desktop management technologies, including detailed understanding of the Windows Registry and Group Policy
  • Follow prescribed project management guidelines for RLS projects
  • Ensure documentation is properly created and/or maintained

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field OR the equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of related work experience including solid exposure to computer management strategies
  • Strong understanding of applications and systems deployment tools and methods
  • Excellent troubleshooting ability
  • SCCM (Package and program management, application distribution, software updates)
  • Mobile Device management
  • Windows operating system deployment and management
  • Scripting experience utilizing, PowerShell , VBS, and other technologies
  • Patch management strategies utilizing SCCM and InTune.

Icing on the cake:

  • Deep troubleshooting skills (Windows 7, Windows 10, software updates, deployment, etc.)
  • Experience with TCP/IP networking
