We are searching for a Human Resources Workforce Analyst to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL

Your Role:

As an HR Workforce Analyst, you  will be the data expert and advisor for Workforce Analytics.  The position is critical in supporting multiple People Disciplines with in the business You will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner closely with HR Leaders and HR Managers in the field to identify key workforce issues impacting the business
  • Use consulting skills to determine and articulate internal customer business questions, develop the best approach for data analysis and turn data into actionable insights & actions.
  • Create and maintain monthly and quarterly workforce metrics and analysis
  • Responsible for ensuring company data follows the established standards. Provides improvement feedback for data integrity and consistency

Ultimately, you will perform complex data analysis and generate insight to support the HR workforce analytics needs of the business, to drive more informed business decisions.

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Management Science or Econometrics
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience building data sets and visualizations in Tableau 
  • Experience with data mining techniques and algorithms

Icing on the cake:

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures used in the CPG and/or manufacturing industry preferred
  • Experience with ADP, SAP, and Kronos
